Tenemos un supermercado al lado de la casa y en el barrio hay muchos restaurantes, pop-up stores, cafés, pequeñas tiendas, bares, tiendas vintages, etc. El barrio Italia es en 25 minutos de Plaza de Armas y a 15 minutos de la calle Pío Nono donde esta la vida nocturna de Santiago y el acceso al Cerro San Cristobal. La casa esta a algunas minutas caminando de 2 estaciones de metro : Parque Bustamante (linea 5) y Baquedano (linea 1). ENGLISH Hi ! We are a couple of a belgium girl and a chilean gay, together since 3 years . Our house have 8 rooms where lived students in exchange program. The house has a great kitchen with a big table, which is the perfect place to share with the hosts, a living room with sofas, 2 showers and toilets. It offers also a front yard where the hosts can enjoy the sun and chilean barbecues. There are all the needed equipment : 2 fridges, a washing machine, a dryer, a kitchen and all its utensils, microwave, wifi in all the house,... The bedrooms have bedsheets, closet, nightstand, desk and a doble bed or for 1.5-person bed. The house is located in the Italia district, which is one of the most beautiful in Santiago. At few meter, we have a big supermarket and in the district you can find many (vegetarian/vegan) restaurants, cafés and bars, little and vintage pop-up stores. The Italian district is at 25 minutes walking from the Plaza De Armas, the center of the city and at 15 minutes from the Pio Nono street, where is concentrated the nightlife of Santiago and the access of the Cerro San Cristobal. The house is at few minutes from 2 metros stops : Parque Bustamante (5th line) and Baquedano (1st line).
