It's equipped with a queen size bed, a big closet, a desk and a chair, and two nightstands. The price of Room 3 is chilean pesos per month for 4 or 8 months. You are renting it just for one person, not a couple. This room is available in 2026 since today till November 30th. You will rent one of these rooms in a big house and share the house with other 2 or 3 roommates. The house has 800 MB Wi-Fi internet, a 4k tv with the streaming sites and a VPN, a washing machine, a big full equipped kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms, and an awesome terrace/balcony with a wonderful view of the Valparaiso's Bay and hills. It's not in the touristy hills but is pretty close to them. The hill is known for the Lord Cochrane Museum, Cienfuegos stairs, Ascensor Cordillera and Ascensor San Agustín.
