La casa cuenta con 2 baños, living comedor, cocina full equipada y wifi. En cuanto a conectividad, está a pasos (5 minutos) del plan y de todas las micros. We would like to share the apartment with a university student—either Chilean or on an exchange program. Regarding the people who live here, our names are Pablo, Javiera, and Blanquita (our dog). I work in Human Resources and Pablo is an artist working as an art director and curator. We are both artistic souls. For exchange or foreign guests, we love to share chilean culture, tips and spots if you like! The room has a good size and is semi-furnished; it currently has a single bed (which will soon be replaced with a double bed), a small wardrobe, a desk with a chair, and a built-in closet. The apartment features two bathrooms, a living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and Wi-Fi. Regarding location and transport, it is just a short walk (5 minutes) from the city center ("el plan") and all the bus lines. The rent is $, and utility costs are shared.
