It is equipped with a single size bed with sheets and pillows, a big shelf for clothes, a little desk, a chair and one nightstand. The price of Room 2 is chilean pesos per month. Only for a single person. Available since March 15th, 2025 till December 15th, 2025. You will rent one of these rooms in a big house and share the house with other 3 or 2 roommates. The house has 800 MB Wi-Fi internet, a 4k tv with the streaming sites and a VPN, a washing machine, a big full equipped kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms, and an awesome terrace/balcony with a wonderful view of the Valparaiso's Bay and hills. It's not in the touristy hills but is pretty close to them. The hill is known for the Lord Cochrane Museum, Cienfuegos stairs, Ascensor Cordillera and Ascensor San Agustín. Is located between Plaza Sotomayor and Plaza Echaurren, also there are a Santa Isabel supermarket and an Unimarc very close to home (with ATMs). NO PETS ALLOWED!
