I am renting rooms in a big and beautiful old house with single and double beds in the street Santa Victoria located 2 minutes walking distance from the metro Santa Isabel. The house is on the border between Santiago Centro and Providencia. The area is very safe and has easy access to public transportation and cycling paths. We're right next to various cafes, bars, theatres and restaurants. The house itself has 2 floors and a patio in the 1st level and a living and dinning room. I want the common spaces to be used to create a "buena onda" between the housemates. There are 7 rooms availables in a range of prices. All rooms have big windows with natural light and are furnished with bed, desk and closet. The rent includes all common bills (internet, gas, electricity, cold/hot water etc).
